D15 and D20 wing nut for formwork construction
Wing nut is used in conjunction with waler plates for securing tie rods in formwork
applications.
With different waler plates, wing nuts can be used as anchor nuts both for timber and
steel walers. They can be fixed and loosened by using a hexagon wrench or a thread bar. A hammer strike to the wings can also work.
Working with wing nut, formwork tie rod is to hold and fasten formwork panels tightly.
Normally two types of tie rods are used: dia 15/17mm and dia 20/22mm.
Breaking load>145KN for 15/17mm; Breaking load>230KN for 20/22mm.

Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
---bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
